Ron Huntley

Passionate Founder

Ron Huntley's journey began in Nova Scotia Canada where he was formed in faith and leadership at the hands of family, the parish and the community. Over the years, Ron has become a leading expert as a parish and diocesan leadership coach. As a key contributor in the transformation of Saint Benedict Parish as the Director of Evangelization Ron helps others by leveraging his extensive experience with the Alpha course to empower church leaders across the globe. His blend of leadership experience and parish renewal success has made him a sought-after speaker, mentor and coach, particularly in the realm of parish renewal and diocesan revitalization. Ron’s passion for Jesus and the church shine through in his innovative approaches and heartfelt guidance.

Lorraine McCarthy

Lorraine worked in parish ministry for many years, having started and co-ordinated Alpha in four parishes. She was the Alpha in a Catholic Context Coordinator in Australia for six years. She spearheaded Catholic Context growth from six Alphas nationally to almost three hundred, training and supporting numerous dioceses and parishes across the country. She worked in the Archdiocese of Melbourne as Team Leader of Parish Animation, supporting parishes towards missional transformation. Lorraine has lead clergy conferences and retreats in both Australia and the United States. Lorraine has a degree in Theology, a Post-Graduate Diploma specialising in Adult Faith Formation, and is a Spiritual Director formed at Heart of Life Spirituality Centre.
